Dry pump screw and vacuum chamber do not need oil, but its two-end transmission gear does need oil. As it is work in high intensity and temperature, it requires fomblin to run smoothly. Its oil number is 25/6.
Regarding roots pump, its two-end transmission gear also needs fomblin. And oil number is 25/6.
